Ellysium is a Junior Initiative formed by students from the Autonomous University of Madrid.

In addition, we seek to offer training opportunities to young students who are passionate about our project and the world of consulting.

While we find the best solution for each client, our students develop their skills by putting their knowledge into practice, creating contact networks between companies and new university talents.

What is a Junior Initiative?

A Junior Initiative is a not-for-profit organization created and managed by university students, intending to become a Junior Enterprise. Although it operates as a private company, its main objective is to provide practical experience to its members through real projects. Unlike a traditional company, the income generated is not used to make a profit, but is reinvested in the training and development of the students involved.

These enterprises allow students to acquire professional skills while at university, which facilitates their integration into the job market.

Furthermore, the services they offer are available to companies and individuals, at more affordable tariffs than those of a conventional company, due to their training focus.
